Joe has been working with horses for 45 years.  During the last 25 years, he has been working with wild mustangs, and has developed a methodology for training both horse and rider.  Joe put this to use as the leader of the Wild 2 Ride program at the Rio Consumnes Correctional Center near Sacramento, California, where the program also began to impact the student rider's confidence and leadership abilities.  Joe's accomplishments include several high finishes in mustang makeover competitions.
